ZIGNIDD POWDER;

Zignidd Powder is a Siddha herbal medicine, It controls Diabetes, Excess Urination, and all urinary tract infections due to diabetes.

ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;

Gymnema Sylvestre - is used for diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight loss, and cough. It is also used for malaria and as a snake bite antidote, digestive stimulant, laxative, appetite suppressant, and diuretic.

Emblica Officinalis -  immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, hepatoprotective, and anticancer actions.

Curcuma longa - used to treat different conditions of inflammatory origin such as joint pain and skin inflammation, and is also used for diarrheal conditions and fever.

Cassia auriculata -  for diabetes, eye infections (conjunctivitis), joint and muscle pain (rheumatism), constipation, jaundice, liver disease, and urinary tract disorders.

Brassica juncea oil -  for arthritis, foot ache, lumbago, and rheumatism. Leaves applied to the forehead are said to relieve headaches.

Acacia catechu -   is used in asthma, cough, bronchitis, colic, diarrhea, dysentery, boils, skin afflictions, sores and for stomatitis. 

Strychnos nux - vomica - is used for diseases of the digestive tract, disorders of the heart and circulatory system, diseases of the eye, and lung disease. It is also used for nerve conditions, depression, migraine headache, symptoms of menopause, and a blood vessel disorder called Raynaud's disease.

Salacia reticulata -  has been used traditionally in Indian Ayurvedic medicine and is said to be effective for the prevention and treatment of diabetes, rheumatism, gonorrhea, and skin diseases.

Aerva lanata  -  is commonly described in Ayurveda as a diuretic with anti-inflammatory, antihelmintic, anti-bacterial, and mild analgesic effects. It is used in the treatment of lithiasis, cough, asthma, and headache and as an antidote for rat poisoning.

Eugenia jambolana - used for diabetes. It is also used by the mouth for gas (flatulence), swelling (inflammation) of the stomach (gastritis), constipation, diarrhea, and other conditions. Jambolan is sometimes used for sore throat and applied directly to the skin for skin ulcers.

Andrographis paniculata - Common cold, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, malaria and snakebite, urinary tract infection. Febrifuge, tonic, stomachic and anthelmintic.

Acacia arabica -  is considered astringent, demulcent, aphrodisiac, anthelmintic, antimicrobial, antidiarrhoeal. It is a blood purifier, hemostatic, vasoconstriction, and healing property, its powder is sprinkled on burnt injuries and bleeds.

Terminalia arjuna - has been used to balance the three “humor”: Kapha, pitta, and Vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and poisonings

Picrorrhiza kurroa -  used to treat disorders of the liver and upper respiratory tract, reduce fevers, and to treat dyspepsia, chronic diarrhea, and scorpion sting.

Asphaltum - a significant role in treating conditions like dysuria, glycosuria, breathing disorders, urinary disorders, kidney stones, oedema, skin diseases.

INDICATIONS;

Diabetes mellitus and allied symptoms like polydipsia, polyuria, burning sensation in palms and soles, excess urination, and all urinary tract infections due to diabetes.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;

Take 1 to 2 gms with lukewarm water after food twice a day or as directed by the physician.
