Role of Ingredients;
Tribulus Terrestris - is used for kidney problems, including kidney stones, painful urination, a kidney disorder called Bright's disease, and as a “water pill” (diuretic) to increase urination; for skin disorders, including eczema (atopic dermatitis), psoriasis, and scabies; for male sexual problems, including erectile dysfunction.
Emblica Officinalis - is an antioxidant, immune-modulatory, antipyretic, analgesic, cytoprotective, anti-ulcer, immune-modulatory, anti-inflammatory, antitussive, and gastroprotective are also studied.
Terminalia chebula - is used to protect the liver and to treat respiratory conditions, including respiratory tract infections, cough, and sore throat. Terminalia chebula is used for dysentery. Terminalia bellerica and Terminalia chebula are used as a lotion for sore eyes.
Asteracantha longifolia - used in diuretics, jaundice, kidney stone, rheumatism, liver dysfunction, urinogenital problems, etc.
Smilax china - is a very effective cardiotonic that is used to treat various heart-related disorders. It also used as a stimulant for the digestive system and good for promoting the process of digestion. It is also carminative and laxative in nature and good for the sufferers of constipation.
Solanum nigrum - is used to treat pneumonia, aching teeth, stomach ache, tonsillitis, wing worms, pain, inflammation and fever, tumor, inflammation, and also as hepaprotective, diuretic, antipyretic.
Cassia fistula - is used to treat inflammatory swellings and as a cleaning agent for ulcers and wounds.
Foeniculum Vulgare - used internally for whooping cough, flatulence, colic-like pain, as a digestive, for menstruation disturbances, liver disease, and tuberculosis.
Cucumis sativus - is depurative, diuretic, emollient, purgative and resolvent. The fresh fruit is used internally in the treatment of blemished skin, heat rash, etc, whilst it is used externally as a poultice for burns, sores, etc, and also as a cosmetic for softening the skin.
Lagenaria Vulgaris - used in the treatment of jaundice, diabetes, ulcer, piles, colitis, insanity, hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, and skin diseases. It is used as an emetic, purgative, cooling, sedative, antibilious, and pectoral. Its pulp, boiled in oil is used to treat Rheumatism.

Neerkattu (retention of urine).
It is a very good Neer perukki (diuretic).
Dosage and Adjuvants;
Take 5-10gm of the Chooranam add 300 ml of water Boil, and reduce to SO ml Twice a day before food.
