Role of Ingredients;
Aerva lanata - is commonly described in Ayurveda as a diuretic with anti-inflammatory, antihelmintic, anti-bacterial, and mild analgesic effects. It is used in the treatment of lithiasis, cough, asthma, and headache and as an antidote for rat poisoning.
Tribulus terrestris - is used for kidney problems, including kidney stones, painful urination, a kidney disorder called Bright's disease, and as a “water pill” (diuretic) to increase urination; for skin disorders, including eczema (atopic dermatitis), psoriasis, and scabies; for male sexual problems, including erectile dysfunction.
craneva magna - used for inflammation, fever, arthritis, bronchitis, urinary calculi, and cough. The objective of the present work was to study the antipyretic activity of plants.

Sirupeelai Chooranum is very effective in Kalladaippu/Siruneeraga Kargal [lithiasis/urinary calculi]
it is useful for Neeradaippu [strangury]
it is useful for Mooththira Ghrichara/Neererichchal [dysuria/painful micturition] etc.
it is useful for Kalkarichchi [distinct lithotriptic].
Dosage and Adjuvants;
Prepare a decoction by adding 300ml of water with 5 gms of powder, reducing to 30 ml, and taken 2-3 times a day before food.
